Change is a constant in the Schörghuber Group. 2022 and 2023 were also years of change. We decentralized and unbundled the Group, turning four business divisions into five, strengthening them and giving them more independence. The holding company handed over its Group-wide services to the individual companies. The focus is on managing the Group through strategic and financial development - always based on the family values of quality, innovation and sustainability. This makes the Schörghuber Group more agile and faster - while remaining an impact- and value-oriented family business. Without ifs and buts. The turnaround is led by the four-member Executive Board of Schörghuber Stiftung & Co. Holding KG, of which Alexandra Schörghuber has been a member since 2008 and CEO Nico Nusmeier since 2019. In 2022, Florian Schörghuber joined as Co-CEO and Stefan Fischbach as CFO.
Born in 1994, Florian Schörghuber studied International Business in London and Munich. In 2018, he became Head of Business Development at the family's central investment company, Blue Lion GmbH, and was responsible for its restructuring and the realignment of the private equity & venture capital strategy. On July 1, 2022, he joined the Executive Board of Schörghuber Stiftung & Co. Holding KG as Co-CEO.
Alexandra Schörghuber is a qualified hotel manager and has worked in the hotel industry in Germany, Switzerland and Bermuda. After her marriage to the entrepreneur Stefan Schörghuber, she took on supervisory and management tasks in the family's private holdings. Following the sudden death of Stefan Schörghuber, she became head of the Schörghuber Group Foundation Board at the end of 2008. She is also Deputy Chairwoman of the Executive Board.
Stefan Fischbach joined the Schörghuber Group in 2002, where he held various management positions in the Hotel business segment, was CFO and member of the Board of Directors as well as a member of the commercial management of the Paulaner Brewery Group. In 2022, he was appointed Chief Transformation Officer and finally CFO and member of the Executive Board of Schörghuber Stiftung & Co. Holding KG was appointed.
As Senior Manager Human Resources, Andrea Seemann has been responsible for personnel support since 2006.
As Senior Manager Reporting & Risk Management, Andrea Heuchling is responsible for Purchasing, Reporting & Risk Management.
Jonathan Assouline, Manager Investments, works closely with the Group's hotel holdings, particularly with regard to their strategic development. He is also the hobby barista of Schörghuber Holding.
Bernhard Taubenberger, Chief Communications Officer, has been responsible for the Group's communications work since 2008 - from internal and external to political and live communication. Having studied history, he has a secret passion for the history of the company.
As Senior Manager Asset Protection & Security Intelligence, Denis Kipker is responsible for security within Schörghuber Holding. This includes the physical security of employees, event security, travel security and the preparation and evaluation of security situation reports.
As Senior Manager Investments, Dian Elisa Röpke is in very close exchange with our investments in the beverage and seafood sectors, particularly with regard to their strategic development.
As Chief Security Officer, Enrico Braatz is responsible for the Group Security & Resilience division and is therefore directly responsible for the strategic development and management of all security-related topics.
Gina Heufelder is Executive Assistant and has been responsible for the implementation of strategic projects since 2023.
As Director Investments, Anna Reindl is responsible for the strategic development and management of investments in the beverage and seafood sectors - and thrives on challenges and new topics.
Monika Heldenberg, Director Finance, joined the Schörghuber Group in 2001. Since 2009, she has been responsible for the financial reports of the holding company and some of its 100% subsidiaries.
As Chief People Officer & Inhouse Attorney Labor Law, Marco Gutfleisch has been responsible for strategic HR work and labor law in the holding company since 2014 - and for filling C-level positions in the Group. Previously, he worked as an in-house lawyer in employment law for the entire Group since 2008.
Daniela Milekic is Senior Manager Incident & Crisis Management. She is responsible for incident & crisis management, threat management, investigations and security awareness. She is also the Human Rights Officer in four of Schörghuber group's business areas.
As General Counsel, Martin Brümmerhoff is responsible for the legal department of the Schörghuber Group. He started as a management trainee in the holding secretariat of Schörghuber Stiftung & Co. Holding KG and held various positions within the Group. Most recently, he was Head of the Legal Department at the Paulaner Brewery Group.
As Director Investments, Dr. Michael Kasch is responsible for the strategic development and management of the real estate and hotels divisions.
As Manager Digital Communications Alena Kraft has been responsible for the Group's digital communication channels since 2023. She is always on the lookout for new content and photo motifs.
Sabina Slominska, Senior Manager Security Risk Management, is responsible for Security Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, Security Frameworks & Controls at Schörghuber Holding.
As Director Compliance & Legal Affairs / Inhouse Attorney Corporate Law, Dr. Nicole Nottebom is responsible for the Compliance division of the Schörghuber Group as well as for corporate law and other legal issues.
