Our milestones

Growth based on three pillars

What is Arabella Hospitality's strategy for the future? We want to double the number of our hotels by 2037, with focus placed on our core markets Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Spain. Growth? Yes! But in a meaningful and sustainable manner. With a clearly defined strategy based on three time-tested pillars: City Core+, Upscale Leisure and Ultra Luxury.

City Core+

City Core+

Efficient hotels in central city locations that appeal to both business and leisure travelers, including independent boutique hotels and design hotels. There are also extended-stay hotels such as the Residence Inn Munich for longer stays – a new market for us that is enjoying continuous growth.

Upscale Leisure

Upscale Leisure

In this segment, we operate superior holiday hotels in carefully selected tourist destinations that offer sustainable restaurants, bars and leisure activities – often in partnership with Marriott. In the future, we will be operating an increasing number of hotels in our core markets under our own Arabella Resorts brand.

Ultra Luxury

Ultra Luxury

This segment features five-star hotels with international appeal that meet the highest of expectations – properties steeped in history in prestigious locations in European cities and exclusive vacation regions. Two very special hotels will soon be joining the ranks: Rosewood Munich and Rosewood Schloss Fuschl.

The companies in the Schörghuber Group are always on the lookout for talented and motivated people who want to help shape the future of the diversified group.
