Bayerische Hausbau GmbH & Co. KG is the management company for the Construction & Real Estate division of the Schörghuber Group. It operates in the Real Estate and Development business segments. The Real Estate division is primarily responsible for the asset management of the real estate portfolio, which is mainly concentrated in Munich and is worth around EUR 3.5 billion, while the Development division offers an enormous range of services, from the acquisition of land and building rights to the project planning and realization of residential complexes, commercial properties and multifunctional district centers.

Arabella Hospitality, as the management company for the hotel division, operates 15 hotels in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Mallorca, eight of which are owned by the Schörghuber Group. The management for the existing hotel portfolio has predominantly been taken over by Marriott International. The portfolio is supplemented by two Arabella Hotels and Arabella Golf.

The company Productos del Mar Ventisqueros S.A. operates in food and protein production, farming Atlantic and Pacific salmon. The company has been present in Chile for more than 30 years, employs about 1,100 people and produces about 40,000 tons of salmon annually. Ventisqueros controls the entire process, from the eggs purchased from external suppliers, to the selection of raw material for feeding the fish, to the sale and distribution of the final product, which allows the company to continuously control and improve sustainability.
